Tips for a great Chardonnay
- Clean everything. Use B-Brite cleaner on all your equipment and bottles.
- Protect it from air. Keep your carboy topped up and your airlock filled so the fruit stays fresh.
- Get it crystal clear. Follow the fining steps. A clear white is a beautiful white.
- Chill before serving. Serve it cool, but not ice-cold, so the soft fruit comes through.
