Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, here's how returns work at Crafted Series (ABC Cork Co.).
Return window
You can return products within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, in the same condition you received them and in their original packaging. Ingredient kits and consumables must also be within their expiration date.
Items we can't accept
- Opened, used or expired products (unless there is a quality issue)
- Sale or clearance items, which are final sale
- Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
Start a return
All returns need a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Email hello@craftedseries.com or use our contact form with your order number and the reason for the return. We can't process returns sent without an RMA number.
If you're returning a product because of a quality issue, please describe the problem (photos help) so we can look into it.
Refunds
Once your return arrives, we'll inspect it and email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We don't give cash refunds. Depending on your bank or card company, it can take several business days for the refund to show.
- Restocking fee: returns that are not due to a quality issue or our error have a 20% restocking fee.
- Partial refunds: items that come back damaged, opened or missing parts (not due to our error), or are returned after 7 days, may only get a partial refund.
- Return shipping: you pay the cost of shipping the item back, and it isn't refundable.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, or we sent the wrong item, email hello@craftedseries.com within 7 days of delivery. We'll replace it with the same item or refund you, with no restocking fee.
Late or missing refunds
If your approved refund hasn't appeared, first check your bank account, then contact your card company or bank, since processing can take time. If you still don't see it, email hello@craftedseries.com and we'll help.
