French Wine Kits
Explore French wine kits for home winemakers who want a Bordeaux-style red or Loire Valley-style white. This collection includes two 13.5% heavy-bodied Boarding Pass kits, each using a 16 L juice and concentrate pack to produce 23 L of wine, or about 30 standard 750 ml bottles.
How to choose a French wine kit
Start by choosing between the two French wine profiles in this collection: a Bordeaux red or a Loire Valley white. Both are Heavy-Bodied wine kits with 13.5% potential alcohol, and both make 23 L of finished wine, equivalent to about 30 x 750 ml bottles.
Choose the Bordeaux red kit
The French Bordeaux Boarding Pass Red Trio Winemaking Kit combines Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. Select this kit if you are looking for a red wine made from these three listed varieties and prefer a heavy-bodied 13.5% style. Shoppers interested in the Cabernet Sauvignon variety can also browse the Cabernet Sauvignon wine kits collection.
Choose the Loire Valley white kit
The French Loire Valley Boarding Pass White Trio Winemaking Kit combines Muscadet, Chenin Blanc and Semillion. It is the white option in this collection and has the same 13.5% potential alcohol and 23 L finished yield as the red kit.
Understand the kit size
The 16 L or 4.22 gal measurement in each product name refers to the juice and concentrate pack, not the final amount of wine. Each kit makes approximately 30 bottles. For more options across styles and regions, browse the full wine kits collection or compare other Heavy-Bodied 13.5% wine kits.
