How It Works
Mix the concentrated wort with sugar and hot water, then add cold water to make up to 40 pints. Add the brewing yeast from the sachet and allow the beer to ferment for about one week, or according to the kit instructions.
Once fermentation has stopped, siphon the beer into bottles or a pressure barrel. Allow it to mature for around ten days before enjoying your homemade pint.
