Do not let the solution dry on surfaces, do not mix it with other cleaners, especially ammonia, and rinse thoroughly with clean water. B-Brite is a cleaner, not a sanitizer; after cleaning, rinse thoroughly and sanitize with a winemaking sanitizer before equipment touches juice or wine.
