Refund policy
Refunds and Returns Policy:
We offer refunds or exchanges for products returned within seven days of purchase, provided that they are unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging. Please note that certain items, such as perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines), intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases, are exempt from our return policy.
Before returning any product, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from ABC Cork Co. Any unauthorized returns (i.e., those not accompanied by an RMA number) will not be eligible for product credit. If you return a product due to quality issues, please include a written document detailing the problem, which we will investigate and review.
If you are returning a product for a credit or replacement, it must be unopened, unbroken, and within its expiration date to be accepted. No RMA or product credit will be issued for a product past its expiration date, and a 20% restocking fee will apply (unless the product is returned for quality issues).
We do not offer cash refunds or credit card chargebacks for returned merchandise. In some cases, we may only grant partial refunds if the item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts due to reasons not attributable to our error or if the item is returned more than seven days after delivery.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to inform you of its receipt. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original payment method or credit card within a specific timeframe.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received your refund, please start by rechecking your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund appears on your account. You can also contact your bank, as processing time may be involved in the refund process. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please do not hesitate to contact us at hello@craftedseries.com. We will be happy to assist you further.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item, please email us at hello@craftedseries.com and then send the item to ABC Cork Co. at 653 Wilton Grove Road, London, ON N6N1N7, Canada. We only offer exchanges for the same thing.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please send your product to ABC Cork Co., 653 Wilton Grove Road, London, ON N6N1N7, Canada.
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item, which is non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please note that exchange product delivery times may vary depending on your location.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items for added security. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Return Checks and Missed Payments
If a returned check (whether electronic or paper) is issued to ABC Cork Co, a $50.00 returned check fee will be charged to the account, regardless of the reason.
Each account is permitted two returned checks, after which payment by check will not be accepted, including electronic payments. The maker of the review and the person whose account was impacted will be sent a written notification on resolving the returned check.
Suppose the returned check is not redeemed within the stated time frame on the notification. In that case, a late fee not exceeding 10% of the past-due amount or $250.00, whichever is less, will be imposed, and the university will begin collection proceedings.
Please note that a returned check may automatically result in a hold on the affected account, preventing participation in other check-writing privileges, class registration, receiving grades, and issuing transcripts and diplomas.
Payment for returned checks can be made in the following ways:
- Cash, in person, at the office. A receipt will be provided, and money should not be mailed.
- Certified funds, including cashier's checks, money orders, or other certified funds made payable to ABC Cork Co. The face of the bill should include the name, ID#, current address, and phone number.
- Certified funds can be delivered in person or mailed to the following address: ABC Cork Co, 653 Wilton Grove Road, London, ON, N6N 1N7.
