Before you brew

Follow the instructions supplied with your selected kit for water volume, any additional fermentables, temperature and priming. A fermenter, brewing equipment, suitable bottles and closures, and cleaning and sanitizing supplies are required separately.

Fermentation typically takes around 7–10 days, followed by 2–3 weeks of bottle carbonation and conditioning. Timing varies with the recipe and brewing conditions. Follow the kit instructions and confirm fermentation is complete before bottling.

This is a DIY brewing ingredient kit, not ready-to-drink beer.
