🇺🇸 United States Shipping (Mainland – 49 States)

Free Shipping

  • Free shipping on orders $75.00 USD or more

  • Excludes Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico

How U.S. Shipping Works (Important)
To avoid U.S. customs duties, FDA inspection fees, and import charges, U.S. orders ship in two stages:

  1. Orders ship from our Canadian facility to our Buffalo, NY warehouse (shipments move several times per week).

  2. During this transfer, tracking may show “label created,” “waiting for package,” or no movement. This is normal.

  3. Once the shipment arrives in Buffalo, UPS takes over, and tracking updates will continue normally.

This process prevents U.S. customers from being charged unexpected government fees.

  • Free shipping on orders $80.00 CAD or more

  • Applies to most Canadian provinces (10 of 13)

Northern & Remote Territories (No Free Shipping)
Free shipping does not apply to:

For these regions:

  • Shipping rates are calculated using real-time carrier pricing at checkout

  • Rates reflect remote delivery costs and carrier availability

All Canadian shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout.

🌍 International Shipping

  • Worldwide shipping is available

📦 Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders typically ship within 1–4 business days

  • Processing may take up to 5 business days during high-volume periods or inventory transfers

  • A tracking email is sent once your order ships

  • U.S. orders: tracking updates begin after the shipment arrives at our Buffalo warehouse due to the two-stage shipping process
