How it works
From box to bottle in about four weeks.
Mix
Pour the wine base into your fermenter, top up with water to 23 L and add bentonite.
Ferment
Sprinkle the yeast and let it work. The kit does the heavy lifting.
Clarify
Stabilize with sulphite/sorbate and add fining agents for a clear, bright wine.
Bottle
Fill, cork and label up to 30 bottles. Drink now or let it age.
