Yes. We ship across Canada and the United States from our warehouse in London, Ontario. We also ship to many other countries at real-time carrier rates.

Shipping is free on US orders of $75 USD or more (lower 48 states) and on Canadian orders of $80 CAD or more (10 provinces). Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico ship free on orders of $150 USD or more. Smaller orders, the territories and international orders pay real-time carrier rates at checkout. See Locations & Shipping Details.

Orders normally ship within 1–4 business days. Delivery time after that depends on your location and the carrier.

US orders ship from our London, Ontario warehouse and cross the Canada–US border before going to the carrier. Please allow an extra 1–2 business days for border and customs clearance. Tracking may show "Label Created" during this time, which is normal.

You'll get a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link when your order ships. You can also sign in to your account to see your orders.

Canadian shoppers see prices and pay in CAD, and US shoppers in USD.

Every wine kit includes everything that goes into the wine: the wine base, yeast, clarifiers and stabilizers. Each product page lists exactly what's in the box.

Most of our wine kits make about 23 litres (6 US gallons), or up to 30 bottles. Smaller kits make less. Check the product page for the exact yield.

Most kits are ready to bottle in about four weeks. Follow the instructions included with your kit.

Start with the style you like to drink. Light-bodied kits are fresh and easy-drinking, medium-bodied kits are well-balanced everyday wines, and full-bodied kits are rich and bold. You can filter by body, colour and grape variety on the shop page.

Unused, unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Sale items are final sale. See the full Return & Refund Policy.
