pinot grigio

I believe the yeast was no good used the booster and wine is clear and ready to bottle.. however the taste is not as good as usual, I am disappointed in this kit

Yeast stimulator

I added this yeast April 17 2021 stirred well. There seemed to be no action, anyways today the SG was 0.914 so I racked it and added pack B and C. Will keep you advised Les J
