Everyone likes it

Riesling is one of those wines you can actually drink when it's young. The only thing I did different when making it was to use a different wine yeast than what was included because my basement is cold and I needed something that would work better in those conditions. (I used Lalvin D-47 that works well at 55 degrees) Wine is very tasty.

You are asking too soon.

I won’t know how it is for at least two months. I just bought it, and haven’t started to make it yet.

Bottling this today. As always, I sample the last drizzles in the carboy, and it is fruity and soft. This batch came in at 10.7. I added 1oz of oak chips, 2:1 light to medium, and I supplemented the provided yeast [EC1118, a champagne yeast] with a white wine yeast - K1-V1116. I let the ferment sit for an extra week, and reracked twice to reduce possible bottled sedimentation. Tres excellent.

Very good wine

Kits are easy to follow and the end results are a good product. During the winter months after I've already processed my own fruits and grape, I shop Wine Lovers frequently to keep my cellar full! Have not been disappointed yet in any of their products.
